Gastón was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to a family heavily involved in the real estate industry. He spent the first half of his career at a Miami advertising agency, specializing in strategy and client services. He oversaw multimillion dollar campaigns for brands including Audi, beIN Sports, HBO, Hertz, MTV, One & Only Resorts, Royal Caribbean and Starwood, among others. Gastón also spent time at a Miami Beach agency, specializing in digital and print marketing for the real estate industry.

Beginning in 2011, Gastón used his passion and knowledge of real estate to actively invest in South Florida properties. During the first five years as an investor, Gastón purchased and/or sold over 40 properties and currently oversees an extensive rental portfolio, with returns ranging from 12-24%. Through his experience as an investor, Gastón discovered crucial areas of weakness in the process, such as lack of open communication, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate issues – areas in which he excels. This motivated him to become an agent in 2015, to provide his clients with the level of exceptional service he craved as a buyer and seller.

Gastón received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University and later returned to complete a dual-degree masters program, which included an MBA and a MS in Media Ventures.

Gastón has garnered a wide-reaching network of contacts from his time living in Buenos Aires, New York, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles and Miami. While he acknowledges that each city has much to offer, he undoubtedly considers Miami the most dynamic city – and Miami real estate the most exciting.

Gastón currently resides in the neighborhood of Morningside with his wife and two small dogs.
